Changes to Aylesbury route 61/X61

Due to the closure of Blagg Travel earlier this week, TravelAylesbury will be operating all workings on routes 61 and X61 until Monday the 18th August when Central Beds Motor Services will be taking over the old Blagg Travel workings.

This means that the Aylesbury depot will need four extra buses. For this we have drafted in 273-5 YN03 UWF-H from our reserve fleet and 622-3 T672-3 KPU from our Norwich depot. These will all return to the original depots on Sunday 17th.

Wiltshire Buses join Braham Buses Group

Wiltshire Buses joined the Braham Buses Group just over a week ago when it was brought from the administrators who were brought in when Hatts Travel Group collapsed. From the Hatts Travel Group we only brought the Wiltshire Buses business. All service will be operating as usual and there will be no chances to any members of staff.

This is a big risk for Braham Buses Group to take as the future of Wiltshire Buses may and will be uncertain for the next few months. We will be doing all that we can to make sure that Wiltshire Buses will be able to operate for many more years to come.

We will be launching a new livery to make the fleet to more modern and act the part. With the Salisbury Park & Ride contract having been renewed we will soon be bringing a new livery to its fleet of Enviro200s too.
